Yes :) . Ascension Acrobatics has an open door policy at all times. * Viewers are asked not to interfere with the coaches' instruction.

* Viewers are not allowed to use the gymnastics equipment.

* Viewers are asked to take off their footwear before heading to the balcony.

* Viewers are asked not to lean over the guardrail of the balcony.

Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.

Question 3: What if I am late for my class?

Children that arrive late will be invited to join in.  It is important to understand that the activity of warm-up is essential to prepare the body for gymnastics;  Being late increases the risk of injury.

Question 2: What are the drop-off and pick up policies?

We ask you to drop-off you child no more than 5 to 10 minutes before class begins.  Take note that we will not be supervising children not participating in the current class (They will be considered under your custody until class begins.).

At the end of class, your child will remain in our custody until you arrive.  Please be punctual.  We recommend planning to arrive 5 minutes before class ends.

Question 1: What should I wear for a gymnastics or trampoline class?

1-CLOTHING

Participants should wear comfortable clothing that allows for freedom of movement, yet does not present a safety concern in being too baggy or loose fitting:  T-shirts, shorts, gym pants with tight ankles that do not cover any part of the foot, leotards and leggings are appropriate.  Clothing must cover the entire torso.  You can bring an extra sweater to keep you warm at the beginning of warm-up.

2-FOOTWEAR

Gymnastics will be practiced barefoot;
Trampoline will be practiced both barefoot and with socks, depending on the apparatus being used.  Trampoline shoes can also be used at all times during trampoline classes.

3-JEWELRY

Participants are asked to remove all jewelry prior to the start of their class.  MedicAlert bracelets can be worn as long as they are taped on to ensure safety.

4-HAIR

Long hair must be tied back.  Take note that "Bobby Pins" are not allowed for safety reasons;  "Flippy Clips" offer a good replacement option.
